In his work he revisits imagery and storytelling, facilitating an exploration of the links between historical colonialism and modern consumption habits, its possibilities, and inherent tensions

Alongside his artistic work, he has worked in management and curation, emphasizing the role of association, cooperation, and co-autonomy as political potential. He was involved in the management of the independent spaces El Bodegón (Bogotá, 2005 – 2009), MIAMI Contemporary Practices (Bogotá, 2011 – 2021), POST (Bogotá, 2021 – ); in the annual encounters/exhibitions, Próximamente (itinerant, 2021 – ), DD/MM/YYYY (Bogotá, 2021 – ); and the artists’ run gallery CARNE (itinerant, 2014 – ) and the cooperative gallery Ruberta (LA, USA, 2018 – 2019).
