Espacio Estamos Bien is an art cooperative and nomadic project space based in Amsterdam, A space that is always changing, always moving, but always available. EEB is an initiator of conversations and facilitator of situations.
EEB was born out of a shared desire to disrupt and interfere with the prevailing hyper-professional and precarious art scene in Amsterdam. We sought to challenge the isolation and career-driven agendas that often dominate this environment. Together with others, we aimed to build a community that opens spaces for those who feel excluded from the competitive and assertive nature of the artist entrepreneur.
EEB serves as a haven, a place to breathe, enjoy, and collectively contemplate alternative approaches. As creatives, we recognize the need to stick together and support one another to navigate this unsustainable reality. We firmly believe in initiating projects embodying love, cooperation, and mutual support, as these values are essential for survival and well-being.
